Egal, ob Trend oder nicht: Kräusel fand ich schon immer hübsch. Puffärmel und angeriehene Ballerinaröcke kennt ja Jeder, aber es gibt noch so viele andere hübsche Einsatzmöglichkeiten – z.B. am Schößchen einer Jacke oder bei Hosen, Röcken und Ärmeln, die mit Bündchen enden.

Trend or not: I’ve always liked gathers. Everyone knows puffy sleeves and gathered ballerina skirts, but there are lots more great ways to use them – for instance on the peplum of a jacket or on trousers, skirts or sleeves that end with a cuffs.

alte Armbanduhren: Ich liebe zur Zeit alte Damenuhren mit schmalem Armband – so ein Glück, dass meine Oma mir eine zu Weihnachten schenkt!
vintage wrist watches: I love old watches with narrow wristbands at the moment. Luckily, I’m getting one for Christmas from my Grandma!

Birken: Birken sind einfach so schöne Bäume. Ich mag auch die Blätter gern, aber besonders toll finde ich die Rinde. Diese Liebe geht sogar so weit, dass ich mir gern einen Pullover mit Birkenmuster stricken würde…
Birch trees: I like birch trees very much. The leaves are beautiful, but of course the bark is my favourite. I’m loving it so much that I even want to knit a cardigan with a birch pattern…

Ringelstrumpfhosen: Ich finde geringelte Strumpfhosen im Moment total schön – und gut kombiniert sehen sie auch nicht zu kindisch aus. Ich hätte gern eine in Herbstfarben.
Striped tights: At the moment, I really like striped tights – and if you combine them well, they also don’t look too childish. I want a pair in autumn colors.

Stricken: Ich habe das Stricken für mich entdeckt: es beruhigt und man hat in den Schulpausen endlich etwas Sinnvolles zu tun.
Knitting: I found out that knitting is fantastic: it calmes me and it’s a great thing to do in boring breaks at school.

Strassbroschen: Aus irgendeinem Grund fand ich Strassbroschen immer ein bisschen zu kitschig, aber plötzlich gefallen sie mir – besonders an Wintermützen, schönen Mäntel und weichen Cardigans.
strass brooches: For some reason, I always found strass brooches a bit too kitschy, but suddenly I like them – especially on winter hats, beautiful coats and soft cardigans.

Den großen Armreifen hat ein Freund (Drechsler) handgemacht, der kleine hat früher meiner Mama gehört und die Kette ist von Lebonbonmulticolore.
