Kommende Woche muss ich nach Dresden und werde wohl nicht bloggen können, deshalb wollte ich euch vorher noch ein paar Fotos von Dingen zeigen, die ich gemacht habe. “Fredrika” ist wohl der IKEA-Stoff, den ich am meisten benutzt habe und der mir auch am allerbesten gefällt. Nachdem ich bereits Gardinen, einen Nähmaschinenüberzug, eine Federmappe und anderes daraus genäht habe, denke ich nun darüber nach, ihn auch mal in etwas Tragbares zu verwandeln…

I’m sorry for being such a bad blogger right now, but moving is in its final throes, so there’s lots to do. I hope I’ll be able to post more often once everything is finished. For now, I have some photos and inspirations for you.

Es tut mir Leid, dass ich den Blog zur Zeit so vernachlässige, aber der Umzug liegt in den letzten Zügen und so gibt es einiges zu tun. Wenn wir dann aber fertig sind, hoffe ich, wieder öfter zum Schreiben zu kommen. Ein paar Fotos und Inspirationen habe ich aber auch jetzt schon für euch.

An outfit I was wearing some time last week. I really liked it, so I took a picture. The shirt was thrifted and repaired, the skirt handmade by me.

Some pretty things that have been inspiring me lately.

Tomorrow I want to go to some shops carrying old furniture and accessories. Maybe I will find something beautiful.

 My boyfriend and I plan on moving together this summer, so I naturally started to think about the way our apartment will look (although we didn’t even find one yet). For inspiration, I’ve been browsing websites and flicking through books and magazines. By now, I guess we are going for a simple, but colorful style. The greatest eye catchers will probably be unicoloured surfaces, graphic patterns and handmade details.

 Mein Freund und ich planen, diesen Sommer zusammen zu ziehen, also habe ich natürlich angefangen, mir Gedanken darüber zu machen, wie unsere Wohnung aussehen wird (obwohl wir noch gar keine gefunden haben). Zu Inspirationszwecken habe ich Webseiten durchstöbert und durch Bücher und Magazine geblättert. Im Moment glaube ich, dass unsere Wohnung schlicht, aber farbenfroh gestaltet sein wird. Die größten Blickfänger werden wohl einfarbige Flächen, grafische Muster und ein paar handgemachte Details sein.
