The beginning of a new year is always the perfect time to change things that have weighed on you for a while, so take the chance to restart if you want. Blondie wanted me to answer some questions about my blog, so here are my answers.

1. What’s the story behind the name of your blog and your nickname?
Tagtraeumerin is the female word for daydreamer in German and I think it describes me quite well. The reason is that although I’m mostly active and fun-loving, I sometimes just like to sit around and think or dream about something for a very long time.

2eck is just a little wordplay that means “diangle” in English. I thought it was funny because there could never be one, but – via this website – I just found out that diangles actually exist.

2.Why did you start blogging in the first place?
Inspired by many other fashion blogs around the globe, I started my own this summer. I guess the many reason for this was that I wanted to share interesting and beautiful things I found or made. In addition, my aim was to inspire others to be creative, for instance to try new things and make things themselves.

3. What has been your best blogging related experience? What about the worst?
As so many others, I think the best experience is getting to know so many new people. I appreciate the exchange of ideas with all of you and I think it’s totally wonderful and inspiring.

The worst thing was that someone left rude comments on my blog using another person’s contact details. Luckily, the girl whose name was misused noticed it and told me.

4. What do you think will happen to your blog in 2008?
Although I’ll graduate high school next summer, I hope I’ll have enough time to keep on blogging. I think I would like to post more tutorials and tips. Moreover, I want to write about things that inspire me, books I read and everything else that touches me.

I don’t want to force anyone to answer these four questions, but I would like my readers to answer me one question: What do you want to read about in my blog in 2008?
